In 1991, by the grace of the Almighty, the foundation of an esteemed institution known as Majlis e Dawatul Haq was laid by Muhyus Sunnah Hadrat Molana Shah Abrarul Haq Sahib (rahmatullahi Alayh), khalifah of (successor to) Hadrat Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi Sahib (rahmatullahi Alayh).
A property was acquired in Leicester to offer various services to the Muslim community, including the publication of Islamic materials, hosting eminent scholars from overseas, organising Islahi (reformative) programmes across the country, and establishing Islamic classes, such as Hifz, Nazirah Arabic, and advanced Islamic education. Additionally, the Masjid offers five daily Salah with Jamaat and Eidain Salah.
Numerous elders and youth benefit from Dars programmes that cover Qur’an, Hadith, and self-reformation (Islah), conducted after Salah on various days of the week.
Over the years, as the Muslim population in the area grew, the need to expand the Masjid and its services became apparent. To accommodate the increasing number of worshippers, several adjoining houses were purchased and converted into a Masjid.
Although the Masjid was successfully rebuilt on the combined land of four houses, the loan from the project remains outstanding. Donations are still needed to repay the loans and ensure the Masjid's financial stability.
We hope you will continue to support this noble cause, participate in the ongoing activities, and make it a source of eternal Sadaqah Jariyah for yourself and your loved ones.
